About The Company
WEBEC ENGINEERS an EPCPM Company started by the CEO Mr. Anjan Chatterjee in the year 2021 with
a motive to support the society with cheaper and sustainable energy source thus fulfilling the energy
need of common man, industrial and commercial sector, institutional sector etc. With the vision
WEBEC ENGINEERS entered the field of Solar Energy to empower the society with a green future by
reducing the carbon emission generated by different domestic and industrial appliances. Team WEBEC
ENGINEERS headed by the CEO and assisted by others viz: CFO/CAO, Design, Purchase, Sales and
Execution departments with their relentless effort and strict adherence towards efficient design, quality
control and timeline execution of projects has bought us a niche in the field within a very short period
of time despite of the unhealthiest competition in the field.
About the Design Department
Mr. R. Mahadev [HOD – Design] an Electrical Engineer by profession with an experience background of
15 years in the field of Installation/ Erection, Team Network, Design of Solar Power Plant is heading the
Design Department. Design is the lifeline of any Solar Power Plant. Appropriate designing increases the
efficiency and generation of Solar Plant. Apart from physical site inspection WEBEC ENGINEERS has
adopted modern technologies and equipped with different design software for providing efficient
design and optimized solutionsto our valued customers.
About Procurement Cell
Mr. Abhishek Singh [HOD – Procurement] a Diploma in Materials Management with approximately 10
years experience in procurement of engineering items with his utmost effort and bargaining capacity
with no compromise to the quality standards is heading the Procurement Cell. WEBEC ENGINEERS
always use best quality and branded product only which are available in the market for Solar Power
Plants viz: SPV Modules, String Inverters, Cables [AC/DC], Conduits, Lugs, MCB & MCCBs etc. which
enhances the efficiency and generation of Solar Power Plants including sustainability.
Quality Assurance Cell
Quality Assurance Cell is headed by Mr. GBS. Betaswamy an Engineer by profession with Diploma in
Quality Control Management and an experience background in QCM in Solar Industry of 7 years. We in
WEBEC ENGINEERS take utmost steps in our quality management systems. We understand that, having a
quality assurance plan for a solar project allows PV plant owners to minimize failures arising from an
incorrect review of the Bill of Materials (BOM), inadequate or nonexistent control of processes and
procedures, incorrect execution of the solar quality control program, insufficient staff training, or
inadequate supervision of manufacturing, transportation, installation, and equipment operation. To
ensure the same we undergo various test for different items/ products used by us in Solar Power Plants
after receipt and during I&C of the Plant before handing over the site to the customers thus satisfying our
customers with our best quality managementsystems.
Engineering And Installation & Service Cell
Headed by Mr. Mohd. Yasin Khan an Engineer by profession with an experience of 12 years in Solar Plant
Installations, Team Network, Team Management, Material Handling etc. Solar Power Plant installation and
commissioning work is a combined effort of all the cells. In WEBEC ENGINEERS every site is supported
with a Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team of Diploma Engineers as Site Supervisors under
whom team of skilled and semi – skilled workers are doing the I&C work at different stages starting from
fixing and fastening of MMS [RCC Roof or Metallic Roof], Civil Grouting work, fixing of Solar PV Modules,
Inverters, laying of Cables [DC/AC], Electrification work. At every stage a site I&C Report is generated after
final inspection for monitoring the process. Our team members take all the safety measures while
executing the I&C work. Along with the same the team is equipped with all modern tools and machines as
required for I&C of the Plant. Timeline completion of any project is the essence of the project and target
of WEBEC ENGINEERS has always remained on time bound project completion in which the site I&C Team
plays the vital role at this stage.
Marketing Department
Marketing is directly under the CEO supported by Sales Engineers Mr. Sumit Singh and backhand office
support Mr. Ayush Patel. We in WEBEC ENGINEERS take all our customers query with a very warm mode.
Immediate attention is being given to all customers queries, proposals and availing detailed project
documents. We understand the value of the quote by Mahatma Gandhi Ji that, “ A Customer is the most
valuable person for us. We are not favouring him with any service provided but he is actually favouring
us by giving us an opportunity to serve him.” This quote has always remained as a motto for us.
